After Todai last night I was not sure that I wanted to have sushi today. But my colleague had built it up so much that I decided that I decided to go anyway and I am glad I did. My colleague said that Tadashi was notable for its rolls. So we ordered rolls.

I ordered a Rainbow roll and a Salmon Skin roll. My colleague ordered a roll with shrimp tempura and another that I do not remember. But to top it off, he ordered a Dynamite roll. My Rainbow roll was excellent and all the rolls were huge. All of the fish was fresh and tasted great. The Salmon skin roll was rather average. I really like salmon skin but the roll lacked something.

The Dynamite roll was something special. It consisted of a scallop roll, sliced and topped with Japanese mayonnaise. The roll was then baked. I don't know that I have ever had as rich an entree in a sushi bar. I do not normally order fancy rolls but this roll was absolutely awesome. I love scallops and the mayonnaise was perfect.

Tadashi was good and the Dynamite roll was amazing.
